Sister Khánh Thiền is a Vietnamese-American who was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the US with her family at the age of 8.

Prior to becoming a monastic, she worked in health research. In 2019, she ordained in the Plum Village tradition at the age of 32.

She currently lives at Lower Hamlet, France and enjoys being in nature. Rain or shine, you will likely find her in the outdoors.
